20-25 degrees.

* WHERE…South Willamette Valley, Central Oregon Coast Range
Lowlands, Central Oregon Coast Range, and West Central Willamette
Valley.

* WHEN…Until 10 AM PST this morning.

* IMPACTS…Frostbite and hypothermia will occur if unprotected skin
is exposed to these temperatures.
