Special Weather Statement issued January 26 at 3:46PM AKST by NWS Anchorage AK

Widespread snow showers will move into the Pribilof Islands as a
compact low moves into the area between Monday and Monday night.
Widespread snow showers will move into the area as the low
approaches. Snow combined with winds gusting as high as 40 to 50
mph could cause intermittent periods of significantly reduced
visibility and blowing snow. Conditions will improve late Monday
night into Tuesday morning as winds subside and as snow showers
become more isolated.

Use caution while traveling and be prepared for rapidly changing
winds and visibility as this system approaches on Monday evening.
