accumulations of 3 to 5 inches. Visibility one half mile or
less at times this afternoon. Winds gusting as high as 35 mph.

* WHERE…Middle Yukon Valley and Lower Yukon and Innoko Valleys.

* WHEN…Until 10 AM AKST this morning.

* IMPACTS…Travel could be very difficult. Gusty winds combined
with heavy, wet snow could bring down tree branches.
