6 inches possible above 5000 feet; between 1 and 3 inches above
3000 feet.

* WHERE…White and Inyo Mountains, Eastern Sierra Slopes, and Owens
Valley.

* WHEN…Until 4 PM PST Monday.

* IMPACTS…Plan on icy and/or snow-covered roads, especially over
Westgard Pass along State Route 168 and isolated/higher elevations
of Highway 395 through Owens Valley.
