Winter Weather Advisory issued January 27 at 1:09AM AKST until January 28 at 3:00AM AKST by NWS Fairbanks AK

* WHAT…Snow and blowing snow expected. Total snow
accumulations of up to two inches. Visibility one half mile or
less at times. Winds gusting as high as 55 mph.

* WHERE…Kivalina and Red Dog Dock and Shishmaref.

* WHEN…Until 3 AM AKST Tuesday.

* IMPACTS…Travel will be very difficult. Areas of blowing snow
could significantly reduce visibility.
