* WHAT…For the Freeze Warning, sub-freezing temperatures as low as
28 expected. For the Freeze Watch, sub-freezing temperatures as
low as 30 possible.

* WHERE…Interior Central Coast, and Eastern Santa Clara Hills.

* WHEN…For the Freeze Warning, from 1 AM to 9 AM PST Tuesday. For
the Freeze Watch, from late Tuesday night through Thursday morning.

* IMPACTS…Cold conditions will be hazardous to sensitive
populations such as unhoused individuals. Cold Conditions can lead
to hypothermia with prolonged exposure. Frost and freeze
conditions could kill crops, other sensitive vegetation and
possibly damage unprotected outdoor plumbing.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…The city of San Jose will likely dip into the
mid 30s.
