Counties.

* WHEN…From late tonight through late Wednesday night.

* IMPACTS…High winds may move loose debris, damage property and
cause power outages. Travel could be difficult, especially for
high profile vehicles.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…Another period of strong winds is possible on
Thursday.
