The National Weather Service in Binghamton has issued a

* Snow Squall Warning for…
Southwestern Seneca County in central New York…
Schuyler County in central New York…
Yates County in central New York…
Steuben County in central New York…

* Until 545 AM EST.

* At 452 AM EST, a dangerous snow squall was located along a line
extending from Lodi Station to Arkport, moving southeast at 35 mph.

HAZARD…Intense bursts of heavy snow. Gusty winds leading to
blowing snow and rapidly falling visibility. Wind gusts
up to 35 mph.

SOURCE…Radar indicated.

IMPACT…Travel will become difficult and potentially dangerous
within minutes.

Locations impacted include…
Hornell, Bath, Penn Yan, Hector, Starkey, Campbell, Urbana, Canisteo,
Wayland, and Watkins Glen.

This includes the following highway exits…
Interstate 86/Route 17 between 34 North and 41.
Interstate 390 between 1 and 3.
