Southern Lamoille County in northwestern Vermont…
Northwestern Orange County in central Vermont…
Caledonia County in northeastern Vermont…
Central Orleans County in northeastern Vermont…
Essex County in northeastern Vermont…
Addison County in central Vermont…
Southern Chittenden County in northwestern Vermont…
Northwestern Rutland County in southern Vermont…
Northwestern Windsor County in southern Vermont…
Washington County in central Vermont…

* Until 600 AM EST.

* At 459 AM EST, a dangerous snow squall was located along a line
extending from 9 miles northwest of Canaan to near Underhill State
Park to 6 miles southwest of Newcomb, moving southeast at 20 mph.

HAZARD…Intense bursts of heavy snow. Gusty winds leading to
blowing snow and visibility rapidly falling to less than
one-quarter mile. Wind gusts up to 35 mph.

IMPACT…Travel will become difficult and potentially dangerous
within minutes.

Interstate 87 between mile markers 82 and 118.
Interstate 89 between mile markers 35 and 77.
Interstate 91 between mile markers 117 and 161.
Interstate 93 between mile markers 3 and 11.

Westport Village, Morrisville, Minerva, Westport, Averill,
Charleston, Canaan, Norton, Warners Grant, and Morgan around 505
AM EST.
Vergennes, Sheffield, Hardwick, Willoughby, and Monkton Boro
around 510 AM EST.
Island Pond, Newark, Lemington, Wheelock, Fayston, Woodbury,
Middlesex, New Haven, Waltham, and Addison around 515 AM EST.
Port Henry, Bloomfield, Ferdinand, Stannard, Calais, Moretown,
Bristol, Buels Gore, Greensboro Bend, and D A R State Park around
520 AM EST.
Walden, Brunswick, Burke, Weybridge, and Newark Hollow around 525
AM EST.
Lyndon, Montpelier, East Haven, Bridport, East Montpelier,
Lincoln, West Burke Village, Cabot, and Waitsfield around 530 AM
EST.
Berlin, Marshfield, Danville, and Warren around 535 AM EST.
Middlebury, Cornwall, Maidstone, Northfield, Cabot Village, and
Ticonderoga around 540 AM EST.

Other locations impacted by this snow squall include Beecher Falls,
Owls Head Bay, Olmstedville, North Moretown, Benson Bay, Town Farm
Bay, Mud Island, West Lincoln, Porter Bay, and Schroon Lake.
