Special Weather Statement issued January 28 at 8:31AM EST by NWS Morristown TN

Freezing fog will continue across the Sequatchie valley through
mid morning reducing visibilities to near zero at times. Given
surface temperatures below freezing areas of black ice is expected
especially elevated surfaces such as bridges and overpasses.

When traveling this morning slow down and use caution. Given
yourself extra room between you and the vehicle ahead of you.
The fog will dissipate by late morning giving way to mostly sunny
sky and milder temperatures.
