* WHAT…West to northwest winds 15 to 20 mph with gusts up to 50
mph expected.

* WHERE…Portions of western Massachusetts and eastern New York.

* WHEN…From 7 AM this morning to 4 PM EST this afternoon.

* IMPACTS…Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…Some scattered snow showers may be ongoing
especially through mid-morning in these areas. Strong winds will
create patches of blowing snow which could significantly lower
visibility. Use extra caution during the morning commute.
