* WHAT…Southwest winds 25 to 35 mph with peak gusts of 45 to 55
mph expected.

* WHERE…Boone, De Kalb, Ogle, Winnebago, Central Cook, DuPage,
Kane, Lake IL, McHenry, and Northern Cook Counties.

* WHEN…From 2 PM this afternoon to 6 PM CST this evening.

* IMPACTS…Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
