inches. Winds gusting as high as 50 mph will result in significant
blowing snow and greatly reduced visibility at times.

* WHERE…The Eastern Lake Ontario Region.

* WHEN…Until 6 AM EST Tuesday.

* IMPACTS…Whiteout conditions are possible and will make travel
treacherous and potentially life-threatening overnight. Areas of
blowing snow will significantly reduce visibility. Strong winds
will cause tree damage and scattered power outages.
