Winter Storm Watch issued January 27 at 2:53PM AKST until January 30 at 6:00AM AKST by NWS Fairbanks AK

* WHAT…Blizzard conditions possible due to blowing snow and
strong northerly winds. Winds could gust as high as 50 mph.

* WHERE…Southern Denali Borough and Eastern Alaska Range South
of Trims Camp.

* WHEN…From Wednesday morning through late Wednesday night.

* IMPACTS…Travel will be very difficult. Areas of blowing snow
could significantly reduce visibility. The dangerously cold wind
chills as low as 50 below zero could cause frostbite on exposed
skin in as little as 5 minutes.
