* WHAT…Snow and blowing snow expected. Total snow accumulations
of up to one inch. Visibility one half mile or less. Winds
gusting as high as 50 mph.

* WHERE…Kivalina and Red Dog Dock and Shishmaref.

* WHEN…Until noon AKST Tuesday.

* IMPACTS…Travel will be very difficult. Areas of blowing snow
could significantly reduce visibility.
