Winter Weather Advisory issued January 27 at 7:53PM EST until January 28 at 9:00AM EST by NWS Buffalo NY

* WHAT…Snow expected. Total snow accumulations 2 to 4 inches.
Winds gusting as high as 55 mph will result in significant blowing
snow and greatly reduced visibility at times.

* WHERE…Niagara, Orleans, Northern Erie, and Genesee Counties.

* WHEN…Until 9 AM EST Tuesday.

* IMPACTS…Plan on slippery road conditions. Areas of blowing snow
will significantly reduce visibility. The hazardous conditions
could impact the Tuesday morning commute. Very strong winds could
cause tree damage and scattered power outages.
