* WHAT…Snow. Additional snow accumulations between 1 and 3 inches
for a storm total of 3 to 5 inches.

* WHERE…Southern St. Lawrence and Southern Franklin Counties.

* WHEN…Until 7 AM EST this morning.

* IMPACTS…Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will
likely become slick and hazardous. Plan on slippery road
conditions. Areas of blowing snow could significantly reduce
visibility. The hazardous conditions could impact the morning
commute.
