* WHEN…From 8 AM to 5 PM EST Wednesday.

* IMPACTS…Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…The strongest winds will occur before a sharp
cold front moves through from the north.
