Wednesday morning, before shifting to the northwest at the same
speeds in the afternoon and evening.

* WHERE…Elk, McKean, Potter, and Warren Counties.

* WHEN…Until midnight EST Wednesday Night.

* IMPACTS…Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
conditions could impact the Wednesday morning and evening commutes.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…Strong to severe snow squalls are possible
Wednesday, mainly during the morning.
