Winter Weather Advisory issued January 28 at 9:31PM EST until January 29 at 6:00PM EST by NWS Buffalo NY

* WHAT…Snow. Additional snow accumulations 3 to 5 inches. Winds
gusting as high as 45 mph will produce significant blowing and
drifting snow in open areas. A few brief bursts of heavy snow may
move through the area Wednesday morning.

* WHERE…Orleans, Monroe, Genesee, Livingston, and Ontario Counties.

* WHEN…Until 6 PM EST Wednesday.

* IMPACTS…Plan on snow covered and slippery road conditions. Areas
of blowing snow will significantly reduce visibility. The
hazardous conditions will impact the Wednesday morning and evening
commutes. Gusty winds will down tree branches and cause isolated
power outages.
