move through the area Wednesday morning.

* WHEN…Until 4 AM EST Thursday.
* IMPACTS…Travel will be difficult with snow covered roads. Areas
of blowing snow will significantly reduce visibility. The
hazardous conditions will impact the Wednesday morning and evening
