Flood Advisory issued February 6 at 10:38PM EST until February 7 at 2:00AM EST by NWS Jackson KY

* WHAT…Small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is
expected.

* WHERE…A portion of southeast Kentucky, including the following
counties, Knott, Letcher, Perry and Pike.

* WHEN…Until 200 AM EST.

* IMPACTS…Minor flooding in low lying and poor drainage areas is
expected, including flows over low water crossings.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 1037 PM EST, Doppler radar indicated that up to 2 inches
of rain have fallen from thunderstorms earlier in the
evening.
– Some locations that may experience flooding include…
Bath, Elkhorn City, Vicco, Speight, Ehkhorn Mine, Deane,
McRoberts, Democrat, Beefhide, Lester, Ivan, Myra, Omaha,
Dorton, Jonancy, Adamson, May, Drew, Colson and Nealy.
