* WHAT…Flooding caused by moderate to heavy rainfall.
* WHERE…A portion of southwest California, including the following
areas, most of Ventura County, southeastern Santa Barbara County
and far western Los Angeles County.
* WHEN…Until 1000 PM PST.
* IMPACTS…Widespread ponding of water on roadways, and minor
flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas and in
intersections. In and around the Mountain and Lake burn scars,
minor and shallow mud flows are possible.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 601 PM PST, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges
indicated moderate to locally heavy rain in the advisory
area, with minor flooding already occurring. Between 0.3 and
0.6 inches of rain have fallen. Rainfall rates of two to
three tenths of an inch per hour are expected in many
locations through the evening.

Oxnard, Thousand Oaks, Simi Valley, Ventura, Santa Barbara,
Camarillo, Fillmore, western Malibu, Ojai, Montecito, Agoura
Hills, Santa Ynez, Moorpark, Santa Paula, Port Hueneme,
