Flood Advisory issued February 6 at 6:52PM PST until February 7 at 12:00AM PST by NWS Sacramento CA

* WHAT…Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive
rainfall is occurring.

* WHERE…A portion of northern California, including the following
counties, Butte, Plumas, Tehama and Yuba.

* WHEN…Until midnight PST tonight.

* IMPACTS…Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
Water over roadways. Overflowing poor drainage areas. Mudslides
possible in the lower foothills.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 648 PM PST, local law enforcement reported flooding in the
advisory area. Continued moderate rain will cause urban and
small stream flooding. Between 0.5 and 1 inch of rain has
fallen.
– Caltrans District 2 and California Highway Patrol reported a
slide approximately 6 miles east of Belden along State Route
70.
– Some locations that will experience flooding include…
Chico, Paradise, Oroville, Red Bluff, Pulga, Brush Creek Rs,
Palermo, Tehama, Magalia, De Sabla Powerhouse, Forest Ranch,
Lovelock, Concow, Stirling City, Richardson Springs, Durham,
Butte Meadows, Mill Creek, Oroville Dam and Storrie.
