* IMPACTS…Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
Water over roadways. Overflowing poor drainage areas. Mudslides
possible in the lower foothills.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 648 PM PST, local law enforcement reported flooding in the
advisory area. Continued moderate rain will cause urban and
small stream flooding. Between 0.5 and 1 inch of rain has
fallen.
– Caltrans District 2 and California Highway Patrol reported a
slide approximately 6 miles east of Belden along State Route
70.
