* WHAT…Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is occurring.

* WHERE…A portion of east central Kentucky, including the
following county, Rowan.

* WHEN…Until 900 AM EST Friday.

* IMPACTS…Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low lying
and flood prone locations is occurring.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 723 PM EST, At 720 PM EST, emergency management reported
flooding in the vicinity of Farmers occurring along U.S.
Route 60, Kentucky Route 801, and Lower Licking Road.
