counties, Buchanan and Dickenson and southern West Virginia,
including the following county, McDowell.

* WHEN…Until 2 AM EST Friday.

* IMPACTS…Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– The ground is saturated from rainfall today. Thunderstorms
tonight could cause flash flooding.
