Snow Squall Warning issued February 7 at 10:28AM EST until February 7 at 11:15AM EST by NWS Caribou ME

At 1027 AM EST, a dangerous snow squall was located along a line
extending from 16 miles southwest of Princeton to 6 miles north of
Deblois to 9 miles northeast of Dedham, moving east at 45 mph.

HAZARD…Intense bursts of heavy snow. Gusty winds leading to
blowing snow and visibility rapidly falling to less than
one-quarter mile. Wind gusts up to 35 mph.

SOURCE…Radar indicated.

IMPACT…Travel will become difficult and potentially dangerous
within minutes.

This includes the following highways…
US Highway 1 between Hancock and Dennysville.
State Highway 9 near Wesley.

Locations impacted include…
Ellsworth, Bucksport, Machias, Lubec, Eastport, Cherryfield, Dedham,
Jonesport, Steuben, Harrington, Pembroke, Jonesboro, Columbia Falls,
Cutler, Columbia, Deblois, Centerville, Millbridge, Hancock, and
Franklin.
