* WHAT…Heavy snow expected. Total snow accumulations between 3 and
5 inches.

* WHERE…Foothills of the Blue Mountains of Oregon.

* WHEN…From 7 PM this evening to 4 PM PST Friday.

* IMPACTS…Periods of moderate and heavy snow will combine with low
visibilities to create difficult driving conditions. The hazardous
conditions could impact the Friday morning commute.
