* WHAT…Heavy snow. Additional snow accumulations up to 19 inches.
Winds gusting as high as 65 mph.

* WHERE…Kaiser to Rodgers Ridge, Kings Canyon NP, Sequoia NP,
Upper San Joaquin River, and Yosemite NP outside of the valley.

* WHEN…Until 4 PM PST Friday.

* IMPACTS…Travel could be very difficult to impossible. The
hazardous conditions could impact the Friday morning commute. Very
strong winds could cause extensive tree damage.
