* WHAT…Snow above 5000 ft. Additional snow accumulations 1 to 4
inches above 5000 feet. Below 5000 feet, up to one inch. Winds
gusting as high as 50 mph.

* WHERE…Humboldt County.

* WHEN…Until 1 PM PST Friday.

* IMPACTS…Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will
likely become slick and hazardous. Plan on slippery road
conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the Thursday
evening and Friday morning commutes. Strong winds could cause tree
damage.
