possible.

* WHERE…Highland County in Virginia and western Pendleton County
in West Virginia.

* WHEN…From 3 AM EST Saturday through late Saturday night.

* IMPACTS…Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– Around an inch to inch and a half of rain falling on
saturated ground may cause flooding.
