accumulations between 1 and 4 inches. Winds gusting as high as 60
mph.

* WHERE…South Laramie Range including the Interstate 80 Summit
between Cheyenne and Laramie.

* WHEN…Until 5 AM MST Saturday.

* IMPACTS…Areas of blowing snow could reduce visibility and lead
to slick road conditions. Plan on slippery road conditions.
