river to stay above flood stage longer than previously forecast.

* WHAT…Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE…Licking River at Blue Licks Spring.

* WHEN…Until Monday morning.

* IMPACTS…At 25.0 feet, Cropland flooding begins.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 10:00 AM EST Saturday the stage was 26.9 feet.
– Bankfull stage is 24.0 feet.
– Recent Activity…The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
ending at 10:00 AM EST Saturday was 26.9 feet.
– Forecast…The river is expected to rise to a crest of 26.9
feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage
early Monday morning.
