* WHAT…Heavy lake effect snow expected. Total snow accumulations 8
to 16 inches in the most persistent lake snows.

* WHERE…Northern Cayuga and Oswego Counties. The heaviest lake
effect snow is expected across southern Oswego and far northern
Cayuga counties.

* WHEN…From 4 PM this afternoon to 4 AM EST Tuesday.

* IMPACTS…Travel will be very difficult with deep snow cover on
roads and very poor visibility tonight through Monday in localized
bands.
