Patchy dense fog has developed along the Crystal Coast and the
Outer Banks up to Cape Hatteras this evening. Low visibilities
will continue for at least another few hours. Where fog lingers,
sudden reductions in visibility can be expected – occasionally as
low as a half mile.
If driving, slow down, use your headlights, and leave plenty of
distance ahead of you.
