Special Weather Statement issued February 8 at 8:53PM CST by NWS Morristown TN

At 852 PM CST, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from 7 miles east of Spencer to 12 miles north of
Gruetli-Laager. Movement was east at 35 mph.

HAZARD…Wind gusts up to 40 mph.

SOURCE…Radar indicated.

IMPACT…Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include…
Dunlap, Pikeville, Palio, Brayton, Melvine, Mount Crest, Old
Cumberland, Cagle, and Fall Creek Falls State Park.
