* WHAT…Heavy mixed precipitation. Additional snow and sleet
accumulations between 1 and 4 inches and ice accumulations around
a light glaze. Storm totals of 3 to 7 inches expected.

* WHERE…In New York, Broome, Cortland, and Sullivan Counties. In
Pennsylvania, Northern Wayne County.

* WHEN…Until 7 AM EST Sunday.

* IMPACTS…Plan on slippery road conditions.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…The snow will mix light sleet and freezing
rain for a time after midnight, before changing back to light snow
late tonight into Sunday morning.
