Cold Weather Advisory issued February 9 at 12:52PM PST until February 11 at 12:00PM PST by NWS Spokane WA

* WHAT…Very cold wind chills 8 to 16 below zero expected during
the late night and morning hours.

* WHERE…Disautel Pass, Mansfield, Bridgeport, Okanogan,
Waterville, Tonasket, Oroville, Brewster, Nespelem, Omak, and
Badger Mountain Road.

* WHEN…From 1 AM Monday to noon PST Tuesday.

* IMPACTS…The cold wind chills could result in hypothermia or
frostbite if precautions are not taken.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…North winds will be strongest Monday with
gusts 20 to 30 mph with localized gusts to 35 mph on the
Waterville Plateau. Winds will decrease through Tuesday, but still
remain elevated up to around 10 mph which is strong enough
combined with the cold temperatures to produce dangerous wind
chill values.
