especially in the Methow Valley during night and morning hours.

* WHERE…Twisp, Methow, Loup Loup Pass, Winthrop, and Mazama.

* WHEN…From 1 AM Monday to noon PST Thursday.

* IMPACTS…Cold temperatures will impact those without adequate
heating. Cold temperatures could result in hypothermia or
frostbite if precautions are not taken.
