degrees expected.

* WHERE…Western and Central Columbia River Gorge and the Hood
River Valley.

* WHEN…From 7 PM Monday to noon PST Tuesday.

* IMPACTS…Frostbite and hypothermia will occur if unprotected skin
is exposed to these temperatures. Wind chill values can lead to
hypothermia with prolonged exposure.
