* WHAT…Very cold wind chills as low as 39 below expected.

* WHERE…Central and Southeast Phillips, Central and Southern
Valley, Dawson, Garfield, McCone, Petroleum, Prairie, Richland,
Southwest Phillips, and Wibaux Counties.

* WHEN…From 11 PM this evening to 11 AM MST Tuesday.

* IMPACTS…The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 39 below zero
at times could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 10
minutes.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…The coldest wind chills are expected late
Monday night and Tuesday morning.
