* WHAT…For the first Extreme Cold Warning, dangerously cold wind
chills as low as 40 below expected. For the second Extreme Cold
Warning, dangerously cold wind chills as low as 45 below expected.

* WHERE…Bears Paw Mountains and Southern Blaine, Hill County, and
Northern Blaine County.

* WHEN…For the first Extreme Cold Warning, from 2 AM to 5 PM MST
Monday. For the second Extreme Cold Warning, from 6 PM Monday to
11 AM MST Tuesday.

* IMPACTS…The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 45 below zero
could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 10 minutes.
