* WHAT…Lake effect snow expected. Total snow accumulations 4 to 8
inches in the most persistent lake snows.

* WHERE…Wayne County. The heaviest lake effect snow is expected to
be over the far northeast portion of the county.

* WHEN…Until 7 PM EST Monday.

* IMPACTS…Travel will be difficult with snow covered roads and
poor visibility.
