Northern Washoe County from High Rock Canyon to the Oregon border.

* WHEN…From midnight tonight to 8 AM PST Wednesday.

* IMPACTS…The cold wind chills as low as 10 to 15 below zero could
result in hypothermia if precautions are not taken.
