in the Idaho valleys. Wednesday morning will be the coldest
period.
* WHERE…All of southeast Oregon and southwest Idaho.
* WHEN…Until 10 AM MST Thursday.
* IMPACTS…Frostbite and hypothermia will occur if unprotected skin
is exposed to these temperatures. Very cold temperatures can lead
to hypothermia with prolonged exposure.
