Cold Weather Advisory issued February 10 at 2:07PM PST until February 11 at 12:00PM PST by NWS Spokane WA

* WHAT…Very cold wind chills as low as 10 to 15 below.

* WHERE…Brewster, Okanogan, Omak, Mansfield, Nespelem, Waterville,
Oroville, Badger Mountain Road, Bridgeport, Tonasket, and Disautel
Pass.

* WHEN…Until noon PST Tuesday.

* IMPACTS…The cold wind chills could result in hypothermia or
frostbite if precautions are not taken.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…Sustained north winds of 10 to 15 mph with
gusts of 20 to 30 mph will produce bitterly cold conditions. Wind
chill values as low 5 and 15 below zero expected Tuesday morning.
