* WHAT…Very cold temperatures 10 to 19 below zero expected,
especially in the Methow Valley during night and morning hours.

* WHERE…Conconully, Winthrop, Loup Loup Pass, Mazama, Twisp, and
Methow.

* WHEN…Until noon PST Thursday.

* IMPACTS…Cold temperatures will impact those without adequate
heating. Cold temperatures could result in hypothermia or
frostbite if precautions are not taken.

Vernon, Chipley, Graceville, Bonifay, Marianna, Bradford, Cottondale, Ponce De Leon, Alford, Caryville, Wausau, Esto, Westville, Noma, Whitehead Crossroads, Cerrogordo, Gritney, Izagora, New Hope, and Noma Junction.
