Cold Weather Advisory issued February 10 at 2:51PM CST until February 11 at 11:00AM CST by NWS Duluth MN

* WHAT…Very cold wind chills of 30 to 40 below zero with air
temperatures as cold as 20 to 30 below zero.

* WHERE…Koochiching, Cass, Itasca, Central and North St. Louis,
and Northern Cook and Lake Counties. This includes the Tribal
Lands of the Bois Forte Band, Deer Creek, Nett Lake and, Lake
Vermilion areas. Other locations including Voyageurs National
Park. The entire Boundary Waters is also included.

* WHEN…From 10 PM this evening to 11 AM CST Tuesday.

* IMPACTS…The dangerously cold temperatures and wind chills could
cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 10 minutes.
