occuring. Locally colder wind chills of 40 below are possible.
* WHERE…Portions of central, south central, and southeast Montana.
* WHEN…Until 11 AM MST Tuesday.
* IMPACTS…The dangerously cold wind chills could cause frostbite
on exposed skin in as little as 10 minutes. Frostbite and
hypothermia will occur if unprotected skin is exposed to these
temperatures.
